Arms and Abs today!! Yes like I said studies show that strength, overall strength represented by grip strength, can be a predictor of how you will survive an illness!! Specifically, the study refers to pneumonia (coved 19 is an example) or a broken bone eg. femur, so common as we age. That's why we NEED to do resistance training and build up our strength, at any age and continue for life!!! We divorced dads also need to use the energy expenditure(exercise) to burn off anxiety-related issues thus avoiding depression and keeping a positive habit as our routines change: pre and post-divorce. So check out my Instagram page(divorcedadslife.workouts) and get in a good arm workout or go to youtube, bodyscapes fitness to find a workout. The bottom line, just do some activity to begin and add resistance (even bodyweight) to build strength. Please join my email list and download the 10 tips for divorced dads. To your health and your kids!!
