Did you know that exercise benefits many things in our body including our muscles and our minds? That's right exercise beats away the blues, warm-up the divorce blues. Getting going; a walk , a ride, a round of weights, all get the health benefits, the mental health benefits of boosting our mood, our libido and eventually our vitality, some say as little as ten minutes. But as a personal trainer and health coach I know it is better to get 30 min of weights and some cardio warm up and cool down as well. You'll find yourself feeling better quickly and looking better in days. The benefits extend to sleeping better as well! So get some exercise today!
