15 Min ABS/Core Top-Down Workout With Jack 56 views •Mar 26, 2020 Let’s hit that core. This is trainer Jack and I’ve got some great core moves for you from the “Top Down”. This method works great and allows for a thorough and quick workout without lots of flipping and flopping on the floor! 15 reps minimum but try 18-20, eventually working up to 30. Sets, let’s go through these 3-5 times.
****Upper Abs******
1. Crunches
2. crunches superset hands between knees
*****Obliques*****
3. side crunches left and then right
4. side supersets w Russian twists
******Lower Core*****
5. Flutter kicks
6. supersets with scissor kicks
7. ball overhead (ovh) to toes w crunch
8. supersets with bicycle kick elbow to knee (raise shoulders)
******Back Core*******
9. GLUTE bridges double leg, superset single leg
10. Superman raises
11. Reverse snow angels
12. Bird dog raise and hold
